The project, called the New Korean Garden, is designed to complement and update the Seoul Hall Roof and create a unique rooftop experience and landmark for the city. Character explores it and gives it new meaning. Its color and shape interact with plants with rocks and hills, the basis of the theory of harmony in the Korean garden. This garden is unusual in that it is multifunctional under the influence of new features where it is transformed according to the context of new times and events and has the flexibility of stimulation, dialogue and stability. The new Korean garden is made of air-conditioned EFTA material to be lightweight and portable. It is made for relaxing creative nurturing and thinking. Visitors can gather in a group and talk in a quiet area. Older people can also read books and watch the city from the outside, and children have a playground in the city center. The ETAF material is convenient and recyclable. The project also encompasses an important part of Seoul’s City Hall of Architecture and Architecture. The small elements are very moving and help shape and change the atmosphere of the lectures and exhibitions. Because of the mobility of objects, there are many unique repeats. Speakers can customize the site according to their unique vision and personality. The garden and space become a living organism that changes over time. All elements are covered with a pattern of brilliant color. At night the garden was transformed by light and beautiful sculptures
